PropelHer Wins 2026 ISTAT Diversity & Inclusion Award

PropelHer has been named the recipient of the 2026 ISTAT Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Award, recognising our work to advance opportunities for women across the aircraft leasing and wider aviation industry.

The award was presented at ISTAT EMEA in Copenhagen and is made all the more special as PropelHer celebrates its tenth year.

Since PropelHer was founded in 2016, we have grown from a grassroots networking initiative into a community of more than 1,000 members. Our programmes now span education, mentorship, leadership development and industry connection, including our long-running Mentoring Programme and the Altitude Executive Leadership Programme.

Over the past decade, PropelHer has been shaped by the many people who have given their time, expertise and support to our community.

This recognition reflects the collective contribution of that community and the many people who have helped PropelHer grow over the past ten years.
