In 2025, we launched Altitude, our first-ever Executive Leadership Programme. 

Altitude elevates women in leadership, helping them reach new heights, break barriers, and build a powerful community of like-minded leaders. It’s a transformative journey to strengthen leadership, confidence, and connection within the aircraft leasing industry. 

The programme delivers practical development that women can apply directly in their roles. Open to those with experience, curiosity, and a drive to learn, Altitude is a space to stretch, challenge, and support one another, enabling every member to grow, develop, and succeed.

Mentoring

Mentoring can be one of the most powerful tools for professional growth. It provides guidance, encouragement, and fresh perspective. It helps us navigate challenges, identify opportunities, and grow with confidence. 

At PropelHer, we’ve seen first-hand how mentoring transforms careers, and that’s why the PropelHer Mentoring Programme has become one of our biggest, and most sought-after initiatives. 
 
The PropelHer Mentoring Programme is open to all members who want to learn, share, and grow. The programme runs for six months, with two official check-ins, one after the first month, and another near the end. 

Since it began in 2021, the PropelHer Mentoring Programme has supported more than one hundred and sixty mentoring pairs. It’s one our proudest achievements since our founding in 2016.
