PropelHer announces new scholarship partnership with UCD Smurfit Executive Development
PropelHer is delighted to announce the PropelHer Altitude Scholarship, a new partnership with UCD Smurfit Executive Development focused on creating opportunities for women’s professional development within the aviation industry.
Through the partnership, one graduate of PropelHer’s Altitude programme will receive a full scholarship covering tuition fees, valued at more than €9,000, to undertake UCD Smurfit Executive Development’s Diploma in Aviation Finance.
The scholarship is an exciting opportunity for the Altitude community, but it also represents a broader step in PropelHer’s work to support women’s development and progression across aviation.
PropelHer has always believed that real progress comes from working collaboratively with organisations across the industry to create practical pathways for women to build their knowledge, confidence and careers.
About the Diploma in Aviation Finance
The Level 9 Diploma in Aviation Finance is a nine-month, part-time programme beginning in October 2026. It is designed for experienced working professionals seeking to strengthen their knowledge of aviation finance and develop their careers within the sector.

Applications
Applications are open exclusively to eligible graduates of the PropelHer Altitude programme who are ordinarily or legally resident in Ireland and meet the entry requirements for the Diploma in Aviation Finance.
Eligible Altitude graduates will receive full details of the application process directly from PropelHer. Applications opened on 20 July 2026 and will close at 5pm on Friday, 7 August 2026.
