Fireside Chat with Denise Mangan-Fahy, SES

What a fantastic evening at yesterday’s PropelHer special fireside chat, hosted by AerCap.

Despite the best efforts of the weather, over 140 people came together to hear the inspiring story of Denise Mangan-Fahy and her remarkable leadership journey, from her early roles at Aer Lingus and Shannon Aerospace, to her move into the aircraft leasing industry, culminating in her recent transition to CEO of SES (Shannon Engine Support).

In conversation with Eimear Gilmartin, Assistant Treasurer, AerCap, Denise shared how every challenge is a learning opportunity, the importance of backing yourself, and the value of having courage and confidence when stepping outside your comfort zone.

As Denise put it so perfectly:

“Be brave, follow your dreams, and don’t overthink it.”
