As we wrap up a whirlwind 2025, we’re proud to look back on a year filled with meaningful conversations on leadership, parental leave, and owning your voice, plus our biggest-ever mentoring programme and the launch of Altitude, our Executive Leadership Programme.

Next year marks PropelHer’s 10th anniversary, a milestone that has us reflecting on how far we’ve come, from a networking community to a platform delivering real, practical development for women across aircraft leasing. And we’re only getting started!
