Applications Now Open for the 2026 PropelHer Mentoring Programme
We are delighted to announce the sixth PropelHer Mentoring Programme. Mentoring is at the heart of PropelHer’s mission to inspire, motivate, and empower, and since its launch in 2021 we have proudly supported more than 180 mentoring partnerships.
Who's it for?
Our mentoring community includes women at every career stage — from early‑career professionals to those in senior and leadership roles. Many experienced colleagues choose to join as mentees during moments of transition, growth, or simply to gain a fresh perspective from someone outside their immediate environment. Wherever you are in your career, the programme is designed to meet you where you are and support you in moving forward with confidence.
Places are limited
Over the years, the programme has become increasingly sought after and is now widely recognised across the industry as a valuable development opportunity. As interest continues to grow, we want to ensure it remains impactful, personal, and genuinely supportive. With this in mind, places will be limited, and we’ll be reviewing applications with your development in mind to ensure the programme reaches those who will benefit most at this stage of their journey.

Applications will be open until Monday 9th March. To register your interest as a mentee or mentor, please complete this application form. Numbers will be limited, so please submit your application as early as possible.
