PropelHer at 10 - Founders’ Panel with Aircastle CEO Mike Inglese

As part of our January event, we’ll be opening the evening with a panel that brings us right back to where it all began. Five of PropelHer’s founding members — Andrea Wilson, Ciara Mitchell, Fiona Scott, Lisa Lyons and Marie-Aude Gagnon Rousseau — will join us on stage for a candid conversation led by Mike Inglese, CEO of Aircastle.

Together, they’ll reflect on the moments that shaped the community in its early days, what’s changed across the industry over the past decade, what’s stalled, the lessons they’ve carried into the senior roles they hold today, and the work still ahead as we look toward the next ten years. Expect honest insights and a few stories from behind the scenes.
